At the end of the rental, the customer can opt for the purchase of the rented goods, at the price that the parties will agree on. For the purpose, Ars Antiqua issues the grantor with pre-emption purchase, with the possibility of exercising it even in advance of the expiry of the rental contract.

Upon collection of the hired goods, a security deposit equal to the amount of the hired goods is required in the form of a bank check. This amount will be returned when the goods are returned intact.

If made damaged, even partially, the deposit will be fully withheld until the damage is settled.

It is the responsibility of the contractor for the care, custody and conservation of the hired works from the moment they leave the Ars Antiqua srl ​​headquarters until the time the check is carried out, responding to any damage or loss.
